Responsible for Hyundai’s customer experience, retail process, sales and service training, product quality, and service engineering. Departments within the division include: CX Strategy & Integration, Customer Care, Retail Experience & Training, and Quality & Service Engineering.
After Sales
We sell over $1B in parts each year and contribute to the dealers’ generation of approximately 40,000 customer repairs each day.
