Purpose

  • This position is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of enterprise learning technologies and systems within the company.
  • The position will help drive the adoption of innovative learning technologies to enhance regional employee and dealer success. Works collaboratively within the team and other supporting departments. Acts as administrator of all learning technology solutions and provides support and training to teams and adult learners

Major Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development and implementation of enterprise-wide learning technologies and integrated systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Genesis, Sales Operations, Aftersales, Customer Experience, Training, IT, and HR, to understand the organization’s learning needs and develop an effective technology system.
  • Partner with Digital Business Planning division and IT Affiliate Hyundai Auto Ever America in the development of a Learning Technology System.
  • Maintain Learning Technology System, identify issues, and champion process improvements as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze data and metrics related to the Learning Technology System to measure effectiveness and identify areas of improvement.
  • Assist in the development of training modules.
  • Train and support employees and instructors on the use of learning technologies and systems.
  • Ad-hoc assignments as necessary.

Authority

  • Authority to manage timing and content for all Learning Technology System related materials and website builds.
  • Department leadership, vendor management, program development, problem identification, and finding solutions are expected in this position.
  • Administrator authority of the Learning Technology System.

Education

~ Bachelor’s degree preferred
~ Master’s degree a plus
~ Must be a high school graduate

Related Experience

  • Eight to twelve years of experience with at least five years of direct experience with learning techniques.
  • At least three years of experience administering and managing Learning Management Systems.
  • Automotive industry experience preferred.

Skills/Knowledge

  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of applicable learning management systems.
  • Excellent project management, multi-task management, and curriculum development.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

$107,800.00 - $154,000.00 Annual
