~ Assists in the area of financial analysis and planning. 

~ Supports Management with data to be utilized in making well-informed decisions. 

~ Ability to prepare and interpret financial reports and financial plans.

Major Responsibilities

~ Will prepare and analyze financial reports reflecting actual performance against budget monthly. Prepare presentation materials for monthly Governance meetings.

~ Administration of purchase requests. Review and verify budget information and supporting documentation.  Communicate with departments to resolve discrepancies.

~ Work closely with all HMA departments to reconcile program and departmental spending.

~ Supervise departmental training of budget templates.

~ Assist with sales and cost of sales plan including resolving pricing, costing and mix issues.

~ Responsible for coordinating capital budgeting expenditures with departments.

Major Responsibilities (continued)

~ Complete special projects on requests including accounting history, feasibility studies, and procedures on selected items.

~ Assist in the review of all incentive programs for reasonableness and accuracy.

~ Assist in the coordination of the annual company budget, with a primary focus on incentives.

~ Analyze incentives monthly, quarterly, and annually based on financial results.

~ Prepare monthly and annual incentives forecasts.

~ Prepare ad-hoc analyses on incentives.

~ Prepare monthly margin mix analysis for future period factory purchase orders.
~ Frequent written and verbal communication with departments on variety of issues.

~ Must be a high school graduate
~ Bachelor’s degree required.
~ Master’s degree a plus

Related Experience

~ Three to five years of experience of which at least three years of directly related experience in finance


~Strong personal computer skills, i.e., Excel, PivotTable, VLOOKUP, Powerpoint, Access.

~Exceptional analytical skills.

~Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles

~Proven efficiency leveraging data from various systems for analysis and reporting (including AS/400, ISeries, QMF, SAP, Altyrex, MicroStrategy, Tableau and SQL analytics).

~Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to formally present financial information to management.


~ CPA or CMA desired

$67,200.00 - $96,000.00 Annual


Actual pay will be based on skills, experience and education. Our total rewards package includes base salary, bonus and benefits.
