Location
Purpose
~ The primary purpose of this position is to support the Sales Operations department, including field sales personnel in the Western Region.
Major Responsibilities
~Manage and distribute key reports and presentations including, but not limited to Weekend Business Report, Dealer Health Report, Month-End Sales Reports, DPB Calculator, Month-End Presentations.
~Utilize internal and external systems to extract data for the purposes of reporting and analysis (e.g., SAP, CAARS, Sales Flash Reporter, etc.).
Major Responsibilities (continued)
~Subject matter expert on incentives offers, rules, and systems (i.e., VINS).
~Support organization initiatives (regional and national) through tracking, reporting, and ad-hoc analysis.
Authority
~ This position will be expected to update reports in an accurate and timely manner and make recommendations to regional management based on acquired experience.
Education
Related Experience
~ Four to five years of relevant experience. Automotive experience preferred.
Skills/Knowledge
~ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
~ Intermediate / advance computer and analytical skills required (Microsoft Office Suite)
~ Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SAP, CAARS).
~ Sg problem solving, organizational, and time management capabilities.
Certification Required
~ Driver’s license and good driving record required.
