Location
Purpose
- Manage all aspects of Fleet Planning, including forecasting, performance KPIs, pricing, packaging, portfolio, and competitive assessments.
Major Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced knowledge to conduct continuous competitive assessments on pricing, packaging, and product advantages.
- Develop a fleet training program, sales pitch materials, and key competitive advantage materials for the sales team.
- Planning support for the Fleet Executive Director.
- Support sales team members in creating presentation decks and delivering customer presentations.
- Develop Total Cost of Ownership comparisons.
- Support fleet forecasting activities by collaborating with fleet leadership on the Business Plan, Operating Plan, and Mid-term Plan.
- Evaluate commercial and government sales opportunities, with a focus on electric vehicles (EVs).
- Assist with the development of dealer standards, dealer fleet programs, and incentive offerings.

- Exercise independent judgement to manage and recommend programs to drive greater dealer engagement.
Education
Related Experience
- Six or more years automotive or related experience.
- Two or more years of commercial fleet experience desired.
Skills/Knowledge
- Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and QMF helpful.
- Outstanding interpersonal skill set.
- High performance in fast paced environment.
- Developing sales presentations
