Purpose

  • As a Program Manager in Global Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for supporting and managing specific programs and initiatives that contribute to the unification and globalization of our Talent Acquisition (TA) strategies. In this role, you will work on key projects related to TA branding, process improvements, and candidate engagement, ensuring alignment with global TA goals. This position focuses on the hands-on management of specific TA programs, requiring strategic thinking, project management skills, and cross-functional collaboration.

Major Responsibilities

  • Global TA Program Management:

Manage the execution of specific talent acquisition programs, ensuring alignment with global strategies. Collaborate with regional and affiliate teams to implement and monitor initiatives that enhance recruitment effectiveness and consistency.

  • TA Branding & Digital Campaigns:

Support the implementation of global TA branding initiatives. Assist in managing social media and digital recruitment campaigns to ensure a consistent employer brand presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed.

  • Process Improvement & Governance Support:

Work closely with senior leaders to support the development and execution of TA process governance standards. Assist in refining recruitment workflows, ensuring consistency across regions and affiliates.

  • University Recruiting & Internship Programs:

Manage specific components of global university recruiting strategies, working closely with regional teams to identify and engage top-tier early-career talent. Oversee the execution of the Global Automotive Leadership Internship Program in select regions.

  • Candidate Engagement & Experience:

Drive initiatives to improve the candidate experience, ensuring a positive, seamless recruitment journey. Collaborate with teams to ensure candidate touchpoints are aligned with Hyundai’s core values and cultural expectations.

  • Data & Analytics:

Utilize recruitment data and metrics to monitor program effectiveness. Generate insights and reports to support decision-making and contribute to continuous process improvement in recruitment strategies.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders across HR, Marketing, and regional TA teams to ensure program goals are met. Provide regular updates to leadership on program progress and impact.

Education

~ Bachelor’s degree preferred
~ Master’s degree a plus

Related Experience

  • Six or more years in Talent Acquisition, HR, or related fields, with a focus on project or program management in global settings.

Skills/Knowledge

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to execute and deliver on multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Experience in recruitment branding, digital campaign management, and improving candidate experience.
  • Knowledge of TA systems (e.g., ATS, CRM) and data-driven recruitment approaches.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across global teams and influence program success.
  • Industry experience in Automotive, Industrial Robotics, Semiconductor, or related fields is preferred.

$86,800.00 - $124,000.00 Annual
