Purpose
~ The Manager, Employee Engagement, DEI innovates, delivers, and collaborates in advancing Hyundai’s commitment to strengthening employee engagement and fostering an inclusive and equitable environment.
Major Responsibilities
~ Under the direction of the Senior Group Manager, Talent Management, you will be an individual contributor who will lead and ensure the development and delivery of innovative and modernized strategies that engage, align, and inspire employees with Hyundai and Genesis brands.
~ Responsible for leading employee engagement surveys including, but not limited to, establishing/maintaining survey vendor relationship, survey communications, data distribution, action planning, tracking key action items, and planning employee engagement events for the organization.
~ Innovates and implements new ideas for continuous and sustainable improvement, including process enhancements that strengthen employee satisfaction, and improve the effective delivery of services.
Major Responsibilities (continued)
~ Establish corporate diversity policies, procedures, diversity data dashboard, and coordinate all aspects of the Hyundai Diversity Council meetings.
~ Manage the Hyundai Employee Resource Group (ERG) initiatives, internal diversity communication, and diversity programs collateral, including budget administration support.
~ Foster a culture of continuous improvement, providing thought leadership to and influencing change at all levels in the organization.
~ Build collaborative relationships and strategic alliances with internal and external individuals, organizations and constituencies that are important to Hyundai and Genesis diversity objectives.
~ Partners closely with HRBP and stakeholders across the company to plan, develop, organize, coordinate, and implement programs, activities, initiatives, events, and operations that support Hyundai's commitment to an equitable process that highlights inclusion and belonging to promote diversity.

Education
Related Experience
~ Six to seven years of experience in human resources, with emphasis on employee engagement and diversity & inclusion (or related field).
~ Prior diversity and inclusion experience.
~ Automotive experience a plus.

~ Ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budgetary guidelines.
~ Strong written and oral communication skills.
~ Analytical and technical skills.
~ Strong group facilitation skills.
~ Ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a team.
~ Interpersonal and leadership skills.
~ Ability to collaborate with people at all levels of the organization.
~ Advanced skill level in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Certification Required
~ SHRM-CP, PHR, or HCS preferred.

Actual pay will be based on skills, experience and education. Our total rewards package includes base salary, bonus and benefits.
