Location
Purpose
~ Delivering a seamless online sales experience for our customers and dealers has been a strategic focus for Hyundai. The role is to support the dealer-facing digital retailing programs in working in conjunction with Hyundai affiliates, dealers, and technology solution partners.
Major Responsibilities
~Support Sr. Manager, T3 Interactive Retail Marketing with strategic activities, operations, and presentations related to dealer-facing digital retailing programs.
~Support the operations of dealer-facing digital retailing programs and collaborate with HMA affiliates, technology solution partners, and dealers.
~Lead the integration of dealers’ digital retailing systems and processes.
~Represent the Voice of Hyundai and Dealers in driving digital business transformation and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure dealer adoption.
~Collaborate with HMA, HCA and dealers to implement streamlined financing processes.
~Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to provide program analytics to executive management, Regions, Dealers, and business partners.
~Act as the business liaison between the program teams, Regions, and dealers and provide effective communications.

~ Collaborate with external partners with direction from HMA Marketing department.
~ Manage contractors.
~ Support department budget.
Education
Related Experience
~ 6-7 years of professional experience.
~ 5+ years of automotive experience.
~ Admin-level dashboard configuration and management experience.
~ Auto-financing work knowledge and experience.
Skills/Knowledge
~ Admin-level Google Analytics dashboard configuration and management experience.
