To be eligible, you must be an undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited program during the internship term with an expected graduation date between December 2025 through June 2027.
Timeline:

Location: National Headquarters in Fountain Valley, CA. - Seeking local candidates only.
Must be eligible to work up to 40 hours per week
Major Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to develop competitive positioning
- Review customer comments from the app store and forums to capture customer sentiment on features
- Develop pipeline for user experience enhancements
- Create articles for product/feature launches.
- Use Generative AI and other tools to speed up help content creation
- Assist in development of feature improvement action plans using process improvement techniques such as Six Sigma methodology
- Assist in creating reports and product documents based on research findings.
- Assist in project launches, presentations, and project development reviews.
Additional Notes:
- Available for a full-time paid internship in June to August 2025
- Local to NHQ (no relocation or housing will be offered)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis during the internship
- Hybrid schedule (onsite 3-4x per week, depending on business/project need)
- Visa sponsorship is not available
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
- Compensation: $25.00/Hour
Education:
- Must be a high school graduate
- Junior or Senior in the process of completing a degree at an accredited 4-year university majoring in MIS or Computer Science
Related Experience:
- Course work/experience in UI/UX design
- Course work/experience in app/web development
Skill/Knowledge:
- APhotoshoposhop, MS Office, Problem solving /process improvement techniques – Six Sigma, DFMEA, 8D FIGMA
