Intern, IT Strategy

As an intern in the Digital Business Processing (DBP) division, you'll embark on an incredible journey of innovation and discovery. Hyundai internships are experiences optimized for student candidates. To be eligible, you must be an undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited program during the internship term with an expected graduation date between December 2025 through June 2027.


Timeline:
Application Window: November to February 2025
Interviews: February 2025 to April 2025
Summer Program: June 2025 to August 2025
Location: National Headquarters in Fountain Valley, CA. - Seeking local candidates only.
Must be eligible to work up to 40 hours per week

Major Responsibilities:

• Document use cases for using Microsoft Copilot in the Microsoft 365 environment 
• Execute these use cases and document results  
• Review results with the DBP manager  
• Create training guides for people to use in the organization  
• Perform basic project management functions for their activities, such as planning (document scope, requirements, outputs, timelines), execution (report progress, issues, and corrective measures), Quality Assurance (results verification, error remediation) 
• Present end of internship report to the DBP team  

Additional Notes:

• The intern will help DBP in proving use cases that will improve employee productivity using Microsoft Copilot, a Gen AI tool  
• Available for a full-time paid internship in June to August 2025   
• Local to NHQ (no relocation or housing will be offered)   
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis during the internship   
• Hybrid schedule (onsite 3-4x per week, depending on business/project need)   
• Visa sponsorship is not available   
• Work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday-Friday) 
• Compensation: $25.00/Hour

Education:

• Enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate college degree program  
• Has completed sophomore or junior year  

Related Experience:

• Experience using Microsoft 365 applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams

Skill/Knowledge:

• Versatile in using Microsoft 365 apps 
• Basic understanding of Generative AI.  Experience using Gen AI apps such as Chat GPT desirable
