To be eligible, you must be an undergraduate or graduate student in an accredited program during the internship term with an expected graduation date between December 2025 through June 2027.

Location: National Headquarters in Fountain Valley, CA. - Seeking local candidates only.
Must be eligible to work up to 40 hours per week
Major Responsibilities:
Facility Branding: These projects may change as new opportunities may arise.
1. Genesis Sign Program: Help facilitate the Genesis Sign Program for dealers that are co-mingled with their corresponding Hyundai dealership and are currently operating without Genesis Signage. This will require management of outbound correspondence to dealerships, coordination and collaboration with regions and vendors, follow-up on actions and executive presentation of project status updates and required next steps. The goal is to create action with those dealers requiring Genesis signage or create alternative solution to co-mingled situation.
2. Temporary Signage and Facility Standards/Process: Help develop an updated temporary facility/sign standards along with process for tracking, managing and logging variances to temporary facilities. This will require collaboration from vendor teams, regions and DND for development and on-going maintenance.
3. Construction Material Samples Organization and Filing: Developing a system for filing material samples by projects, brands, etc. Clearing current room, eliminating materials not needed, and putting system in place for storage. Providing logging system for easy retrieval.
Dealer Planning & Performance Management:
1. DPOP / Financial Statement Data: Running reports, checking for data inconsistencies, auditing regional files
2. COPP: Auditing regional files for compliance
3. Sharepoint: Report usage / Site clean-up
Additional Notes:
- Available for a full-time paid internship in June to August 2025
- Local to NHQ (no relocation or housing will be offered)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis during the internship
- Hybrid schedule (onsite 3-4x per week, depending on business/project need)
- Visa sponsorship is not available
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
- Compensation: $25.00/Hour
Education:
- Must be a high school graduate
