Legal
Across the Legal Division, lawyers and other professionals help to defend the company from lawsuits, claims, and other threats to the business (most often in warranty, product liability, class action, intellectual property, and other business cases); challenge adversaries of the company who have harmed or otherwise infringed the rights of the company; negotiate and draft contracts and other transactional documents with vendors and suppliers to the company that help the company advance its business objectives; provide guidance to optimize the relationships with the company’s authorized dealers who are on the front lines of the company’s sales and service operations; build relationships with governmental, regulatory, and other important stakeholders that put the company in a position to look down the field on future goals; and ensure compliance in day-to-day operations of the company, whether in privacy, licensing, insurance, and employment-related guidance.
