GCOO Strategy & Governance

Responsible for leading the audit strategy in the North America region for Hyundai (HMA) and Genesis (GMA) brands and coordinating with Hyundai Auto Canada (HAC), Hyundai Motor Mexico (HMM) and Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Alabama (HMMA) on regional audit strategy, which includes development and execution of risk-based audits, special projects and investigations with a focus on financial and operational controls, and the identification of process improvements and best practices throughout the region.  Audits include, but not limited to, various aspects of overall business operations, dealership sales, warranty parts & service operations and supplier activities.
