~ Manage all customer and dealer communications for business processes related to HMA’s evolving digital retail program starting from online transactions to final delivery at dealerships.

Major Responsibilities

~ Support Senior Group Manager with development of strategy and planning and lead the implementation of the Go-to-Market plans for HMA’s evolving digital retail program.

~ Represent the Voice of Customer and Dealer in driving collaboration with cross-functional teams including Sales Ops, Customer Experience (CX), Distribution, Innocean, Hyundai Capital America (HCA), and Regions to ensure program success.

~ In collaboration with CX and other HMA teams, conduct webinars for dealers, ensuring dealer engagement, participation, and learning to support program.

~ Engage with Regional and Hyundai Motor America (HMA), Hyundai Motor North America (HMNA), Innocean teams, to ensure support and alignment.

~ Visit vendor/partner offices and regional headquarters to meet with dealers and ensure process alignment as well as resolve operational issues.

~ Provide program support for salespeople for both dealers and customers, manage dealer requirements and processes with legal.

~ Monitor and report on program progress and KPIs.

~ Bachelor’s degree required.
~ Master’s degree a plus

Related Experience

~ 8+ years of experience in the automotive industry.

~ 3+ years of experience in dealer communications.

~ 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.


~ Dealer Training

~ N/A

Normal office duties
Overnight travel required
Travel: 25% - 50%

$125,800.00 - $170,200.00 Annual
