~ To maintain a positive employee experience and alignment with our company core values and policies, the Sr. Manager HR will manage all functions related to Employee Relations from conducting internal investigations, counseling employees, administering related terminations, to responding to government agencies.

Major Responsibilities

~ Objectively investigate all allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and/or handle employee relations issues including counseling employees, managers and other parties involved in a timely and thorough manner.

~Provide proactive tools, resources and education to insure employee awareness and compliance with company policies.

~ Work collaboratively with the HRBP team for background on complex ER issues and to support as the HRBPs handle routine ER situations.

~ Work collaboratively with in-house legal counsel to ensure ER strategies are aligned to minimize legal risk.

~Manage and resolves complex employee relations issues.

Major Responsibilities (continued)

~ Prepare and maintain necessary documentation containing accurate investigation findings.

~ Administer corrective action letters and handle involuntary terminations as necessary.

~ Respond to administrative claims of discrimination.  Attend mediation hearings and unemployment hearings before administrative law judge.

~ Assist in developing cooperation and communication between employees and management. Recommend employee relations strategy and help to implement them.

~ Analyze HR/ER data to identify trends, and root causes.  Provide insights to HR leadership team in order to develop strategies that will prevent future issues and insure alignment with our core values and policies.

~ Assist with special projects on an as needed basis.


~ Make independent employee relations decisions. 

~ Manage and sign off on approved budget amounts.


~ Must be a high school graduate
~ Master’s degree a plus

Related Experience

~ Eight or more years of direct Human Resources experience.


~ Experience in employee relations with specific experience in grievance and conflict resolution. 

~ Experience in corporate travel management and corporate events planning a plus.

$100,800.00 - $142,100.00 Annual




Actual pay will be based on skills, experience and education. Our total rewards package includes base salary, bonus and benefits.
