Purpose

~ The Senior Manager, Dealer Performance Management role supports both HMA and GMA.

~ Manage with National/Regional stakeholders Dealer Performance criteria, processes and communications related to Sales, Service, Customer Satisfaction, etc. KPIs.

~ The role anticipates and assesses the analytic reporting needs of the executives, regions and Korean staff and finds creative solutions to address those needs. 

Major Responsibilities

~ The primary purpose of this position is to provide support to the Director, Dealer Planning, Placement & Performance Mgmt. supporting both HMA & GMA.

~ The Sr. Manager of Dealer Performance Mgmt. position fills the critically important role of overseeing and managing all Dealer Performance KPIs and Action plans as well as ensuring the proper implementation, maintenance and reporting internally & externally.  

~ Provide management reports pertaining to dealer and market performance.

~ Maintain all internal systems support to ensure accurate and timely statistical data and reporting.

~ Manage and coordinate with National/Regional stakeholders on Performance Mgmt. processes, escalation cadence and dealer communications inclusive of NO(d), NOD and NOT.

~ Provide timely updates and follow-up on submitted Dealer Performance Improvement Action Plans.

~ Establish/Develop Performance tracking reports around.

~ Manage the design, production and distribution of the bi-annual Regional Business Plan template including coordinating the input data from other departments, formatting, distributing, and revising as needed on an ongoing basis.

~ Liaison effectively with the Legal Department Legal team on any dealership performance related issues or lawsuits, and help with requests for document discovery, depositions and testimony as needed.

~ Design and oversee production of dealer/market analytic reports and presentations for Executive staff, Regions, Coordinators when applicable.

~ Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

~ Managing all internal systems, you will ensure accurate and timely statistical data and reporting.

~ While this job description is very encompassing of your job duties, there are always expectations to perform other related duties and assignments as required.

Major Responsibilities (continued)

~ You will communicate with key National / Regional stakeholders in all facets of the Performance Management process including escalation of high priority issues and directing legal communications to address serious dealer DSSA violations.

~ The Performance Management process will include your timely updates with tracking reports and follow-up on submitted Dealer Performance Improvement Action Plans.

~ To ensure sound execution of the Performance Management program by the regions, you will manage the design, production and distribution of the bi-annual Regional Business Plan template. This will include coordinating the input data from other departments, formatting, distributing, and revising as needed on an ongoing basis.

~ As a Senior Manager your key position will require a close working relationship with our Legal Department on any dealership performance related issues or lawsuits, including help with requests for document discovery, depositions and testimony as needed.

~ You will design and oversee production of dealer/market analytic reports and presentations for Executive staff, Regions, Coordinators when applicable.

~ Your role as a Senior Manager means that you will be making independent decisions regarding market, dealer and network planning.

~ Within our department we have key strategic partners and you will manage activities and performance of Urban Science and Experian Automotive vendor accounts.

~ We will count on you to resolve issues and communicate to management and business partners accordingly.

~ As a Senior Manager you will manage and sign off on approved budget amounts.

Education

~ Bachelor’s degree preferred
~ Master’s degree a plus

Related Experience

~ Six to seven years of experience in the automotive industry highly desirable.

~ Market study and network planning experience is also highly desirable. 

Skills/Knowledge

~ Must be proficient in Urban Science MarketSmarts system or Urban Science Ni2 system.

~ Proficient in Experian Velocity system.

~ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

~ Ability and willingness to travel.

~ Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

~ Ability to work as a member of a team and communicate effectively.

~ Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.

~ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Actual pay will be based on skills, experience and education. Our total rewards package includes base salary, bonus and benefits.
