Purpose

~ This position is designed to provide HMA dealers, regional personnel and NHQ staff with high quality training content & support. Primary roles include assisting in training curriculum development and testing, report creation/development, and dept. budget management, including PO/PR/Invoice submissions. Other roles include maintaining department vehicles, supporting various department needs, and communicating with dealership, regional, and HMA personnel as needed.

Major Responsibilities

~ Assist with web-based training programs which includes content design, content review, user acceptance testing (UAT), enrollment tracking, post-course surveys, compliance reporting, certifications, and resolving region and dealership personnel support inquiries.

~ Assist in planning and reporting of regional and executive level reports and presentations.

~ Creation of content matrices for each vehicle for Hyundai Delivery Checklist updates.

~ Validation and user acceptance testing (UAT) for the Hyundai Delivery Checklist app and dashboard.

~ Consistently innovating new methods of trends analysis and problem-solving that stem from best practices and innovations from competitors or other industries.

~ Assist with various training program management which includes but not limited to: design, development, delivery services, hotel accommodations, transportation, logistics, and vendor management

Major Responsibilities (continued)

~ Running weekly reports in various programs including Excel.

~ Creation of ad-hoc reports for both field staff and headquarters personnel.

~ Support management decisions through data aggregation & analysis.

~ Help manage dept. budget and monthly/year-end accruals and submission of various purchasing/finance documents such as PRs/PO’s, check requests, budget transfer, and invoices utilizing SAP system.

~ Sales Training Resource Materials – Optimize all elements of Sales Training resource materials including Sales Training Website, mobile, product resource guides, and vendor management.

~ Coordinate all Regional Blue Link technical issues as well as exceptions.

~ Manage and maintain department vehicles including but not limited to recalls, maintenance, end of life cycle crushing, and loaner agreements.

~ Manage and assist in editing of product information pages on Hyundaisalestraining.com.

~ Update and manage department content for Hyundaidealer.com.

~ Supports and collaborates with the In-dealership training and Digital Retail teams to streamline the purchase process through digital retailing and create a superior customer experience.

Authority

~ Problem investigation, identification and the development of practical solutions are expected in this position.

~Budget and vendor management is required, including accurate documentation of PR/PO, Invoice and accrual processes. Timely updates, improvements and problem identification and addressing them directly is required.

Education

~ Must be a high school graduate
~ Bachelor’s degree preferred

Related Experience

~ Two to four years of work experience preferably with a year in automotive related Sales Operations area.
~ Computer literate w/ website administration or Internet Marketing a plus.

Skills/Knowledge

~ Strong Microsoft Office knowledge.

~ Good communication skills.

~ Ability to handle multi-tasks.

~ Good attitude, eager to learn and flexible.
~ Ability to work independently.
