Location
Purpose
- This position provides support to the HR Strategy & Planning team, HR VP, and General Manager. Assists with cross-functional HR projects; leads the team’s efforts to increase the use of data; maintains, manages, and monitors the HR project calendar and budget; and works on special projects as assigned.
Major Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support for HR Strategy & Planning team, HR VP, and General Manager.
- Assists in managing department/regional projects, ensuring all projects progress based on set timeline, delays are minimized by helping to remove barriers, and projects are completed successfully and on schedule.
- Oversees Coordinator and international assignees onboarding and offboarding with active cross-functional collaboration.
- Creates, compiles, and manages presentation materials for internal meetings – monthly departmental HR meetings, quarterly regional HR meetings, and ad hoc HR leadership meetings.
- Compiles HR metrics and creates dashboards to provide analysis on current status, historical changes, and projected trends in all HR matters

- Conducts monthly and ad hoc reporting to support evolving business needs and data requests.
- Maintains and monitors HR project calendar, helping to ensure timely progress on all deliverables.
- Manages and monitors HR department budget and HR Strategy and Planning team budget, providing monthly updates to HR leadership on actual spend vs. budget.
- Provide support with submitting invoices, tracking, and verifying payment.
- Manage HR employee engagement events throughout the year.
- Guide or lead special HR projects, as assigned.
Authority
- This is a support position, focused on delivering day to day tasks and analyses with a degree of autonomy while receiving general instructions and supervision.
- Exercise of discretion and independent judgment directly related to significant management and/or general business operations is not required.
Education
Related Experience
- Four or more years of relevant HR experience is required.
Skills/Knowledge
- Proficient in Office 365 with advanced level Excel skills; Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting, etc.
- Strong analytical abilities with great attention to detail; able to summarize information in concise, straightforward, useful manner.
- Ability to maintain confidential nature of employee information and records.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively, prioritize requests and adapt well to change.
- Motivated, self-starter.
