~ The primary purpose of this position is to develop and lead the After Sales and Rewards digital communications and owner experience strategy to maximize service retention, increase parts sales, vehicle connectivity, safety campaign completion, and build loyalty to dealership service. Key responsibilities include:

~ Lead the Service & Parts Digital Marketing efforts through the strategic development and execution of search engine marketing (SEM), display and Social advertising to achieve Hyundai Service brand awareness, consideration, web traffic and appointment scheduling.

~ Sustainment of these critical marketing activities through the strategic management of business partners, communication with Regions and field personnel, coordination with various internal stakeholders and close integration with Owner Marketing programs.

~ Campaign web page strategy development that’s a seamless and convenient customer experience

~ Data analytics and advanced audience segmentation to execute targeted offers to drive customer loyalty and retention

~ Implement the Owner Marketing strategy for the development customer facing marketing, promotional merchandising and advertising.

~ Collaborate cross-functionally to implement After Sales communications that support part/accessories sales, Blue Link, owner education, Rewards, and recall/service campaigns.

~Be the subject matter expert(SME) for digital customer journey experience for all owner marketing campaigns; include but not limited to direct mail, email, digital advertising, SMS and push notifications.

Major Responsibilities

~ Develop, implement and manage new Hyundai Rewards strategy and program including daily operations and coordination with business partners, regional personnel and internal stakeholders.

~ Develop, implement and manage Service & Parts digital marketing strategy to increase awareness, consideration, web traffic and service sales leads, working with internal stakeholders and external business partners. Provide insights towards creative development and program optimization.

~ Oversee SEM, SEO, display, social advertising, and landing page creative and content.

~ Develop and implement standard set of reporting metrics for each program. Review and analyze program data/metrics to identify what is effective and areas of opportunity to increase service retention and dealer engagement. Proactively make innovative recommendations.

~ Work with Owner Marketing and selected business partner to ensure strategic alignment of Tier I and Tier III digital service and parts marketing efforts.

Major Responsibilities (continued)

~ Coordinate customer communications across digital communication channels to ensure relevant messaging, timing, and customer experience.

~Increase visibility of Hyundai online properties and resources through educational content development and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies.

~ Contribute to overall customer retention strategy with the purpose of increasing Hyundai Service & Parts awareness and consideration with emphasis on increasing customer retention and driving service traffic to Hyundai dealerships.

~ Maintain knowledge of and familiarity with digital marketing trends, tools and marTech.

~ Maintain planning calendar in order to manage programs, business partners and stakeholders to achieve program objectives.

~ Review Service & Parts Department service and parts marketing/merchandising creative direction to ensure it conforms to creative direction set by Owner Marketing.

~ Maintain budget for all designated cost centers and programs.

~ Facilitate business reviews with key business partners and stakeholders.

~ Administrative duties may include creation of purchase requests, budget, invoices, reports, presentations, etc.

~ Develop innovative digital marketing programs to support Parts Ecommerce and determine ROI measurement

~ Coordinate tag placements and implementation on campaign landing pages and across Hyundai websites (HyundaiUSA, MyHyundai, Hyundai Recall, Hyundai Accessories, BlueLink, etc.)

~Develop unique customer educational content and SEO strategy to position Hyundai as a helpful resource for vehicle owners


~ Position requires the ability to problem solve, make decisions and operate with an entrepreneurial spirit within the framework of a team concept.

~ Manage workflow, program business partners, and budget.

~ Develop strategic direction, implement and execute coordinating across various HMA departments and stakeholders, including, but not limited to, MyHyundai/MyGenesis, Vehicle Marketing, Blue Link Marketing Owner Education, Digital Business Planning, Genesis and HAEA.

~ Develop analyses and reporting for program reviews.

~ Resolve and communicate issues to senior management.

~ Manage activities and performance of business partners.

~ Review larger Service & Parts Department service and parts marketing/merchandising creative direction to ensure it conforms to creative direction set by Owner Marketing


~ Must be a high school graduate
~ Master’s degree a plus
~ Bachelor’s degree preferred

Related Experience

~ Six to seven years of marketing experience of which at least four years are directly related experience in the digital field.

~ Work experience with an automotive OEM in sales or marketing preferred.

~ Prior project management experience

~ Two plus years of analytical experience desired.


 ~ Ability to manage high-paced environment and set priorities with multiple projects and business partners.

~ Ability to develop strategy and implementation plans for new initiatives and enhancements to existing programs.

~ Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships at all levels.

~ Diplomatic and collaborative attitude with the ability to motivate others.

~ Strong written and oral communication skills.

~ Ability to take the lead of creative development and maintain a macro strategy.

~ Effective project, budget and business partner management skills.

~ Working knowledge of digital marketing, website practices and technologies.

~ Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.

~ Ability to create and present executive facing presentations.

~ Research and analytical skills required.

~ Must be detailed oriented with the ability to envision the big picture.

~ Understanding of the automotive retail environment.

~ Understanding of media buying practices and terminology.

Certification Required

~ Must have a valid driver’s license and qualify for a lease vehicle (for insurability purposes).
