~ This position is the administrator for Hyundai University’s Learning Management System (LMS) for dealerships and field personnel in support of the company’s customer satisfaction, retail experience, training, sales, aftersales, and quality objectives. This position also supports the Senior Group Manager, RX Programs & Training Integration with the administration, execution, and implementation of various RX Programs designed to incentivize, motivate, and reinforce Sales Satisfaction and Customer Satisfaction goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong collaboration, project management, and be detail oriented as s/he will be working across multiple experience and training teams to ensure their needs are met by the LMS in a timely fashion and in alignment with the Hyundai University vision. Additionally, strong use of MS PowerPoint and MS Excel, financial and budget analytical skills, and administration skills are desired in this role. This position is a hybrid role and should be based in Southern California.

Major Responsibilities

~ Learning Management System Management

      ~ Provide administration, project management, support and guidance to LMS vendor(s) to ensure the proper and timely execution of training and education materials through the LMS platform.

~ Work with vendor to ensure platform is operating in alignment with Hyundai University vision.

~ Work collaboratively with multiple experience and training teams to ensure their needs are met by the LMS platform, providing guidance, training, and solutions to achieve desired outcomes.

~ Activities include, but are not limited to, managing the day-to-day project activities and progress, uploading training modules, resolving issues with the platform, answering questions from internal and dealer/field staff.

~ Additional duties as assigned by SGM, RX Programs & Training.

~ RX Program Support

 ~ Assist in the development and execution of Retail Experience programs including dealer incentives, evaluation programs, and other initiatives as assigned.

~ Work with vendors, review materials for accuracy, assist in the development of program rules, FAQs, communications.

~ Perform pre and post analysis of programs, manage and track program budgets, forecasting, modeling, and other analytical tasks.

~ Prepare accurate MS PowerPoint presentations and MS Excel documentation to support day to day work as well as executive level presentations.

Related Experience

~ New incumbents typically have at least 3-5 years of related work experience and/or advanced training.


~ Proficiency with Windows based software programs – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook). 

~ Strong written and oral communication skills.

~ Strong project management skills.

~ Ability to work on multiple projects and set priorities.

~ Ability to problem solve, provide service, and administer complex web-based platform.

~ Ability to analyze financial data and forecast.

Compensation Data

Actual pay will be based on skills, experience and education. Our total rewards package includes base salary, bonus and benefits.
