Purpose

  • Support existing dealer reward and recognition programs to reduce turnover and increase dealer personnel’s retention.
  • Increase engagement with the Hyundai brand, drive sales, enhance the customer experience, and improve dealer profitability.
  • Monitor and provide ongoing analysis of retention, turnover, churn, and tenure for dealership service personnel.
  • Contribute to the development of new recognition programs to enhance dealer performance in key business areas.

Major Responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Assist in managing program through timely reporting of budget, timelines, and team tasks/responsibilities.
  • Maintain department processes (e.g., dataflow to/from suppliers, report procedures, approvals).
  • Communicate program updates effectively with both internal stakeholders and with field/dealer teams.
  • Maintain supplier agreements, change orders, purchase requests, purchase orders, monthly accruals, and invoices. Facilitate processing and approvals with internal departments.
  • Support budget development and maintain monthly budget tracking spreadsheets, identify variances, and follow up with vendors or stakeholders to document the situation.

Reporting:

  • Compile, update, maintain, and distribute regular reports periodically for HMA corporate and field management.
  • Develop new data feeds and reports for Hyundai dealers and field personnel, as needed. This includes collaboration with the Privacy Department, IT Department, Field Operations, etc.
  • Create decks based on data analysis and results for a broad range of audiences including HMA Executive Management, HMC Executive Management, Dealership and Field personnel.

Major Responsibilities (continued)

Analysis:

  • Integrate raw data into PowerPoint charts, graphs and slides that management can use for presentations and performance measurement.
  • Analyze key data and identify significance, trends, and implications. Make recommendations to senior and executive management regarding improvement opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making through strategic data analysis/visualizations.
  • Define, implement, analyze, and report program progress and results. Provide scheduled and ad hoc reports and analysis and use insights to enhance current and future programs.
  • Be accountable for reliability, validity and accuracy of data and subsequent analyses.

Operations:

  • Manage relationship with HMA Purchasing Department to resolve all department purchasing questions in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other HMA Departments, such as Training, Parts, After Sales, Warranty, Region Management & Field Operations to launch and ensure all programs meet Division & Company needs.
  • Address questions or inquiries about above programs from National and Regional management, dealers, and customers. Resolve issues and help motivate dealer behavior to achieve desired HMA objectives.
  • Create Dealer and Field Communications to support best practices, training opportunities, and drive performance as needed.  

Authority

  • Advanced knowledge of program communication, program coordination, problem identification, and finding solutions are all expected in this position. 
  • Oversee performance of suppliers and internal support departments. Includes developing scope, monitoring quality, and ensuring delivery of goods/services in partnership with Management team. Also includes review of and recommendations for supplier agreements, purchase requests, budget, and invoices.
  • Use advanced knowledge to create and distribute high-level data analyses, decks and reports that assist executive management in making key business decisions.

Education

~ Must be a high school graduate
~ Bachelor’s degree preferred

Related Experience

  • Five or more years of relevant experience with at least two years in data collection/analysis/reporting and project management.
  • Experience with data visualization programs including but not limited to: Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and others.
  • Experience with project management and AI tools.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Skills/Knowledge

  • Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to compile, analyze and present data cross-functionally and to executive teams.
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure of deadlines, manage multiple priorities and pay close attention to detail.
  • High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to allow effective collaboration with all levels of the organization.

$69,300.00 - $99,000.00 Annual
