Purpose

  • The Senior Associate, Genesis Sales Operations will be the lead coordinator and product manager for corporate governance meetings; responsible for creating and maintaining all Genesis sales operations daily, weekly, and monthly reports for executive review. This position will provide analytical and operational support for Genesis tactical sales programs and will need to be able to work independently without extensive supervision on assigned projects. This position will support the Senior Group Manager, Sales Operations, and the field organization by providing up-to-date competitive analysis. This position is also responsible for supporting management in developing ad hoc reports to include successful completion of requests from GHQ Executive presentations. 

Major Responsibilities

  • Coordinate creation of presentations for corporate meetings, including monthly sales results slides and commentary for corporate governance meetings.
  • Create and maintain Genesis sales daily, weekly, and monthly reports for executive review.
  • Collaborate with sales operations staff to develop reporting.
  • Analyze national and regional sales transaction data to identify key trends.
  • Create database/dashboard for tracking of sales performance metrics for real-time insights.
  • Support field staff in resolving dealer inquiries and issues.
  • Set up monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives in SAP.
  • Upload program bulletins to dealer online portal.
  • Gather competitive program information including lease and financing offers.
  • Support Genesis management with Ad Hoc reporting, presentations, and tasks.

Authority

  • This is a support position, focused on delivering day to day tasks and analyses with a degree of autonomy while receiving general instructions and supervision.
  • Lead coordinator for Governance meetings along with all sales operations daily, weekly and monthly reports. 
  • Analyze the luxury vehicle experience and recommend targeted programs to support the achievement of sales goals commensurate with the premise of the Genesis brand.
  • Develop reports and presentations.
  • Support the sales operations department as required.

Education

~ Bachelor’s degree preferred

Related Experience

  • Four or more years of relevant work experience. 
  • Prefer at least one year of experience directly related in sales.

Skills/Knowledge

  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with Windows based software programs, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook.
  • Basic understanding of SAP preferred.

$58,800.00 - $84,000.00 Annual
