Purpose
- The Assistant Manager, Genesis Digital Operations will assist in the implementation of the Genesis digital service experience and modern technology programs for Genesis Retailers that targets key pillars of Fixed Operations, supports Aftersales growth, and ultimately, enhances the digital customer journey. The role will support the Manager, Genesis Digital Operations with programs and at times serve as an additional point-of-contact for National and Field teams for questions and recommendations about above initiatives, as needed.
Major Responsibilities
- Support program management, provide insights/recommendations to improve digital service programs such as Service Lane Technology (SLT) and Service Valet 2.0.
- Maintain digital service programs status reports to provide National, Regional and Retailer management an understanding of KPI performance, utilization rate of digital tools, and areas of opportunity.
- Develop and support continuous improvement projects, digital strategies, and value-added solutions that impact department KPI’s such as Part Sales, Repair Order Dollars Added, Service Retention, and Customer Satisfaction.
- Monitor programs effectiveness, deliverables, implementation schedules, ad hoc reporting and analysis, etc.
- Document and maintain department procedure & policy for relevant programs (e.g., dataflow to/from suppliers, report procedures, program guidebooks, program approvals) and identify areas of the service journey that needs automation and make recommendations.
- Create and deploy Field and Retailer announcements within internal GMA channels for exciting new programs, updates, etc.
Major Responsibilities (continued)
- Develop business requirements, test scripts and perform user acceptance testing as required for applicable programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors ensuring Genesis requirements and business needs are being fulfilled.
- Assist with the maintenance and renewal of supplier agreements, change orders, purchase requests, purchase orders, and processing of invoices.
- Support with tracking of monthly program expense and accruals through consistent monitoring and reconciliation.
- Evaluate poor performing Regions/Districts/Dealers to Management and make recommendations for corrective actions.
- Interface with National and Regional Area management and partner with internal departments to implement department programs.
- Perform other duties and assignments as determined by leadership.

- Use independent judgment to review and approve deliverables from suppliers and internal support departments.
- Create, release and pay departmental invoices through SAP.
Education
Related Experience
- Five or more years of automotive OEM or auto finance company experience.
- Luxury OEM or automotive field experience preferred.
- Strong program and project management skills.
- Data and process driven background.
- SAP, Excel, Salesforce experience
Skills/Knowledge
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Willingness to learn and improve how we can tell a story using data.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must have highly effective verbal and written skills.
- Self-motivated, high initiative works well independently with little to moderate direction.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong computer skills – Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
- Able to evaluate vendor offerings and make recommendations for GMA adoption.
